Payment Options

For your convenience, we accept cash, direct debit, visa and mastercard.  Your payment portion is expected at the time services are performed.  Feel free to contact our office if you have any questions. 

 

Dental Insurance

If you have dental insurance, we will bill your insurance carrier directly, provided we have all the necessary information to do so. At your first visit, please provide us with your insurance card that has your group and ID # and your benefit booklet if you have one.
